3. Practice safety and scope. The Practice Hall is educational and practice-oriented. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for professional care. You take part in any practice voluntarily and are responsible for practising within your own limits and for seeking professional advice where appropriate.
4. No guarantees. We share practices, ideas and context in good faith. We do not promise any particular result, outcome or health benefit. Descriptions of what practice may develop are not guarantees.
5. Intellectual property. The content on this site, including text, practices, the capability system, graphics, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may read, share links to, and use the practices for your own personal practice. You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute our content, or create derivative works from it, without our written permission.
6. Your contributions. If you send us feedback, ideas or other material, you grant us permission to use it without obligation to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Third-party links. The site links to other resources, including mindxbody and external references. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any practice undertaken, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
